1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of tilaofficial.store and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products All Tila products are printed on demand and made to order. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and print processes.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in EUR. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Order Processing Orders are sent to production within 24 hours of placement. Once in production, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

5. Shipping Delivery times vary by destination. Tila is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property All artwork, graphics, and branding on Tila products are original and owned by Tila. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability Tila's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
