All Tila products are made to order and printed on demand. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at viktor365todorov@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

EU Consumer Rights As required under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — which includes our print-on-demand products.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
